    Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State has described his Katsina State counterpart, Aminu Bello Masari, as one of the most modest contemporary Nigerian leaders he has ever come across.

    A statement issued by Masari’s spokesman, Abdu Labaran Malumfashi, in Abuja, said Aregbesola also extolled the leadership qualities of Masari.
